Eklesian wine is famed across Eura for its unique taste and traditional method of manufacture, and is popular with tourists and passing merchants that come to Eklesia. It is particuarly popular with our neighbours from Raspur, who often come to the vineyards to take several barrels home with them.
Wine is a staple part of Eklesian culture, and is used everywhere, from church sermons to family meals and celebrations. Whilst beer and spirits are popular at the tavern, for the vast majority of people and in the vast majority of occasions, Eklesian made wine is the drink of choice.
In this series, I will attempt to explore the Eklesian wine making industry, giving you a guide to how Eklesia's most noteworthy product is made.
