Treaty
Article One
1. There shall, with effect from the date of the ratification of this treaty by both parties, be established a condition of peace, friendship, and Euran brotherhood, between His Sublime Magnificence the Khan of Raspur and His Holiness the Patriarch of Eklesia, and their descendants and successors for so long as both realms shall endure.
2. Eklesia and Raspur agree to recognise and respect each others respective sovereignty. Both agree to protect the same from any foreign insult or depredation to the best of their respective abilities, and to warn of any threat posed to the other by a third party.
3. Citizens and subjects of Eklesia and Raspur shall enjoy unrestricted freedom of movement and the protection of both governments, both within and without of their respective domains.
4. There shall be a mutual recognition of the validity of the official proclamations, statutory instruments, regulations, and standards, in regards to persons, goods, and services.
Article Two
1. Eklesia and Raspur agree to the creation of a land and air transportation corridor between Raspur and Zugashvili.
2. Eklesia shall offer all practicable assistance to Raspur in ensuring the connectivity of the Raspur-Zugashvili transportation corridor with the Constancia-Raspur transportation corridors connecting from Raspur to Nivardom and to Aqabah, this shall include permitting the free passage of Constancian vehicles, goods, and persons, whose documentation carries the appropriate customs stamp of Raspur.
3. The Khan shall command the Artesh-e Parcham Sabzi (Green Banner of the Army) to furnish the garrisons of the ribats and caravanserai that shall be built to protect and maintain such connections of transportation as Eklesia and Raspur deem fitting to establish along the transportation corridors in the ungoverned spaces between their realms.
Article Three
1. Raspur shall afford to Eklesia a full guarantee of its territorial sovereignty and the integrity of its sovereign airspace.
2. At the direction of Raspur, the Trans-Euran Command of the Raspur Pact shall provide a quick reaction flight (QRF) of four multi-role combat aircraft, subject to Eklesian oversight and direction, to protect Eklesian airspace.
3. At the direction of Raspur, the Trans-Euran Command of the Raspur Pact shall afford Eklesia access to the Vey and Raspur air traffic control networks and shall support the integration of the Eklesian airspace management systems into a single Euran network.
Article Four
1. Eklesia and Raspur agree to the necessity of respect and toleration for the religious and cultural practices of their respective populaces in each others domains.
2. Raspur shall permit to Eklesians visiting or dwelling within the Khanate, the right to perform their rites and sacraments and to ring bells in their place of worship upon the seventh day.
3. Eklesia shall permit Raspur to establish a Zurvanite fire-temple, with a magi for custodian, in the village of Saposti so as to tend to the spiritual needs of travellers.
4. Both Eklesia and Raspur, out of respect, shall refrain from proselytising in each others domains.
Article Five
1. Nothing in this treaty shall constrain either Eklesia or Raspur from entering into further agreements with oneanother.
2. This treaty may be amended by the mutual consent of Eklesia and Raspur.
3. This treaty may be terminated at the request of either Eklesia or Raspur, provided that a period of one Gregorian month grace is permitted from the date on which the request is received.
